Deep-Relaxation

Ideal for stress, burnout, sleep disorders and migraines

Many people feel relaxed, when they watch TV on the sofa in the evening, read in bed or listen to relaxing music. However, most people do not emerge from these “rest periods” feeling truly refreshed and recharged. This shows, that the topic of relaxation is more complex than many people initially think.

Intensive deep relaxation calms much more than just superficial daily activities. It relieves the entire nervous system: the circulation calms down, muscles and artery walls relax, the pulse slows down, stress hormones are broken down and the immune system and regeneration processes are stimulated.

Deep relaxation refills depleted energy reserves
and unleashes new
forces.

20 min. Deep Relaxation
corresponds to appr. 4 hours of sleep.

Relaxation impulse

Deep relaxation is achieved through a relaxation impulse, which can be triggered by verbal suggestion, relaxation techniques or sensory impressions, such as those experienced during a holistic deep tissue massage.

A consciously induced relaxation impulse interrupts the sympathetic activity of the brain and activates a parasympathetic phase, in which the following hormones are specifically released: melatonin (sleep hormone), serotonin (vasodilator hormone) and endorphins (happiness hormones).

This allows you to completely
recharge your batteries and relax deeply.

*The normal waking state corresponds to EEG beta waves, while the sleeping state is indicated by delta waves, the basic state of relaxation as alpha waves, and the deep state of relaxation as theta waves.
