Erlebe einen Workshop voller Magie und heilsamen Schwingungen. Wir gehen gemeinsam zu Orten der Kraft im Landkreis Ebersberg: ein sehr starker Kraftbaum und zwei Heilquellen. Dort trainieren wir unsere Wahrnehmung und schulen unser Bewusstsein mit praktischen Übungen – und spüren, wie sich die Erd-Energie auf unseren Körper und Geist auswirkt. Während des Workshops baust du gezielt Stress und Spannungen ab, tankst neue Kraft, erdest dich und verbindest dich mit Mutter Natur.

Es gibt viele Orte, die im Netz als Kraftort bezeichnet werden, jedoch sehr negativ wirken. Viele spüren, dass an einem Platz viel Energie vorhanden ist, können aber die Qualität nicht differenzieren. Ich helfe dir, genau zu spüren, wo positive und wo negative Vibes sind. Dadurch kannst du dann selbständig eigene Kraftplätze finden und entwickelst mehr Vertrauen in deine eigene Wahrnehmung.

Deepen the connection, allow heart energy to flow

Everyone loves receiving a massage. Giving one, however, is frequently perceived as effort or work. That’s unfortunate – because a massage can be profoundly nourishing and energizing for the person giving it too, while deepening the bond with your partner, friends or loved ones. And that’s precisely what you’re going to discover

Massaging is easy and great fun!

In this workshop, you will practice simple massage techniques for home and on the go, while learning how to let heart energy flow during the massage. A conscious massage in a partnership or among friends can strengthen emotional connection, release tension and stress and bring more lightness into everyday life.

But the technique is only the beginning. As you progress through the exercises, you will develop trust in your intuition and establish a deeper connection with yourself and your partner. Because as the saying goes so beautifully:

A massage is 10% technique and 90% Love.
