This daily reconnection helps me to enter my Pravaha sessions with a centered and calm mind.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Through meditation, I have become increasingly aware of the connection between body and soul over the years \u2013 everyone can easily understand from their own experience, that the body is influenced daily by emotions and emotional outbursts. Just thinking about an upcoming dentist appointment, the next tax return, an impending exam or only an hour left until a long-awaited date, and the body immediately reacts accordingly.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">But why does the physical body react in a very specific way to mental states, often mirroring the inner emotional world exactly? This question was a key reason why I became fascinated by holistic energy bodywork at an early age.<\/p>\n<div class=\"clearboth\"><\/div><\/div> <div class=\"clearboth\"><\/div><div class=\"mk-shortcode mk-padding-shortcode\" style=\"height:20px\"><\/div><div class=\"clearboth\"><\/div><div class=\"mk-image circular-false align-center style1-image   mk-animate-element scale-up\" style=\"max-width: 300px; margin-bottom:10px\" onclick=\"return true\"><img wpfc-lazyload-disable=\"true\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" title=\"Flavio Redlich\" src=\"https:\/\/www.pravaha-massage.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/bfi_thumb\/ayurveda-massage-muenchen-zen-kreis-ow1c2v5svpn6cxrwznmwvloxw29rw3e5euhz8hohbs.png\" \/><div class=\"clearboth\"><\/div><\/div><div class=\"clearboth\"><\/div><div class=\"mk-shortcode mk-padding-shortcode\" style=\"height:20px\"><\/div><div class=\"clearboth\"><\/div><div class=\"mk-text-block responsive-align-center   mk-animate-element scale-up\"><p style=\"text-align: center;\">Here I can feel the interaction between body and soul intensely and, if the client wishes, often provide valuable insights\/feedback on inner issues and blockages. This is what makes Pravaha massage so special to me, as I can \u201ctouch\u201d people not only on a physical level, but also on a spiritual level \u2013 and thus provide valuable holistic healing and trauma work.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">I know from my own experience the soothing, liberating feeling after a massage or energy session, when you feel completely at one with yourself again and your consciousness has flowed back from your head into your entire body. And when I give massages myself, I can feel this sense of \u201cwholeness\" as well.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">This makes every session a meditation for me.
